I try to become better at the stuff I do (obviously, still working on the jokes). I'm an ambitious and goals driven chap. However my career is about making my live work for me, (which, I think is what makes me different) so I can do the things I enjoy doing. I'm no slave to the day job. I do have a sense of humour. Hopefully that's evident. I'd say its very slightly sarcastic and I find irony hysterical. I love laughing and I see the funny side in everything. Yes, as a 'gent' I'd pick you up if you fell, but I'd be in hysterics as I reached out to you!
I am 180cm tall and in very good shape physically. I care a lot about health and fitness and therefore do looking after myself . According to my most recent biometric stats, I have a metabolic age of 15 years younger than I am and I guess I look about that too. But don't take my word for it. My pictures are all less than 18 months old so you can be the judge for yourself.
I love swimming, cycling, working out at the gym, I do yoga (Yes - its good for your abs!) and generally being out and active. Walks in the park or sightseeing are all good activities for me too. I used to play a lot of Rugby although now I've hung up my boots in favour of cycling.
I love travelling and seeing the world. My favourite country is definitely Italy but Barcelona in Spain is my favourite city. These places do influence my likes in food and my style.
I would say I am a 'foodie'. However I always choose the healthy options! Sea Bass or Lemon Sole are my Favourite dishes. I follow a low carb, low sugar and low alcohol diet and I'm quite strict about that.
Music wise I like most things except rock and techno, which I hate! In my car right now is mainly R&B, some slowjams and I've been flirting with a bit of funky jazz or 'Cafe' music as my 15yo calls it!
