Time for a change of pace-- I have had too many people want to exchange personal emails then ignore me completely or want me to pay for more of there letters. To start, you will need to fill out the IMBRA form (US citizens only). Now, you have two options. One (recommended) is to open 15 messages from the Russian wife-to-be – after this you have the right to request her contact info (or, if this cannot be provided, which is very improbable, you get your money back). Two is to pay a $50 fee, upon which we will contact your Russian wife and ask her permission to send you her contact details.
Note: this money will not be refunded, if permission is not given, so make sure you have her consent.

Most Russian girls can't obtain a US visa, so, get you suitcase ready. After the two of you met personally and want to continue with the relationship, the next thing to do is to apply for her "fiancée" visa. This type of visa allows her to come to your country and stay for a while (for US it's 90 days). If you get married while your Russian wife is in the US, she doesn't have to return to her country.
