One (recommended) is to open 15 messages from the Russian wife-to-be – after this you have the right to request her contact info (or, if this cannot be provided, which is very improbable, you get your money back). Two is to pay a $50 fee, upon which we will contact your Russian wife and ask her permission to send you her contact details.
Note: this money will not be refunded, if permission is not given, so make sure you have her consent.

Once your Russian wife relationship gets pretty serious, it's time to meet her personally. How do you do this? If you both agree, we can help arrange the first meet up. Most Russian girls can't obtain a US visa, so, get you suitcase ready. You'll have some traveling to do, whether to her country, or on a "neutral territory", like Dominican Republic, France, Turkey, Cyprus, etc. Read more on Visas and Immigration in our FAQ.

After the two of you met personally and want to continue with the relationship, the next thing to do is to apply for her "fiancée" visa. This type of visa allows her to come to your country and stay for a while (for US it's 90 days). If you get married while your Russian wife is in the US, she doesn't have to return to her country.
